Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or upon delivery, please take the following steps:
- Contact meg@thewildgem.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide detailed information about the damage, including photographs.
- We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either replace the product or provide a refund.
Errors on Our End
In the event that we make an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, please follow these steps:

- Provide relevant details about the error, including your order number and the specific issue.
- We will investigate the matter and determine the best solution.
- If the error was our fault, we will either send you the correct product or issue a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Returns for damaged products or errors on our end must be requested within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
