Why Solid Wood?
Because the material is part of the experience.
Each ornament is cut from 6 mm solid cherry or walnut—not plywood. Plywood relies on layers of wood bonded together with adhesive. Choosing solid hardwood keeps the material simple and lets the natural grain, variation, and warmth of the wood remain part of the piece.
The wood is finished with tung oil rather than a plastic film finish, preserving the natural look and feel of the hardwood.
