Ingredient Highlights
COTTONWOOD BUD RESIN
Cottonwood buds are the resinous, aromatic and sticky buds that develop on the branches of the cottonwood tree.
For centuries, the buds were valued for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-microbial properties.
They were often prepared as an infused oil or salve and applied topically to soothe skin irritations, wounds and rheumatic conditions.
The resin contains salicin, an ingredient in aspirin with analgesic properties.
CALENDULA FLOWERS
Calendula is known for its anti-inflammatory and antispetic properties, making it an excellent choice for soothing and healing the skin.
Our organic calendula flowers are slowly infused over low heat to release the beneficial compounds such as flavonoids and carotenoids, which help to promote skin regeneration and reduce inflammation.
Calendula infused oil is especially beneficial for sensitive or irritated skin as it can help to calm redness and reduce discomfort.
VANILLA BEAN
Our organic vanilla beans slowly infused in oil offer a luxurious and aromatic experience while providing numerous skin benefits.
Vanilla beans are rich in antioxidants that help to protect the skin from damage. When infused in oil, vanilla releases its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent ingredient for calming irritated or sensitive skin.
